This archive maintains availability of the state of various articles prior to some major change in the plans, with consequent major changes to (some aspects of) the articles. There have, so far, been two such changes:

Archive 1 (9th September 2016)

This archive maintains availability of the state of various articles prior to the major changes of plan following (some but not all consequent upon) the EU Referendum. The basic state of the HS2 Ltd. plans had stayed essentially unchanged over several years, but then became more flexible. But much more importantly, the original proposal to build new infrastructure to the European GC standard loading gauge is regarded as no longer justified, following disengagement from the EU.
